G7 Countries End False Solutions At All Funding Energy Transition in Indonesia
Climate activists from civil society staged an action in front of the Japanese Embassy during the G7 momentum in Hiroshima, Japan, Friday (19/5/2023). The action calls on the G7 countries to immediately stop supporting fossil energy funding and false solutions to the energy transition. This call is addressed to the Japanese government as the host of the G7 this time. In this action, activists wore Japanese school uniforms as a symbol of young people who refuse to lose to the climate crisis.
